Just rodeo (PBR) the last couple years. I did some Barrett Jackson auctions last year but I don't think I will be back on those. I had the oppertunity to go back to PGA golf, but I passed. The pictures I posted of my brother and I were out working, he, my sister, and I all work together on the PBR. It's really a pretty cool ordeal. PBR is so busy, it's nearly 40 weekends a year. I am missing a lot of my kids growing up. Neal

So, doing a little freezer purge, we just got the steer back from the butcher shop and they accidentally sent a 1/4 out with the wrong person! Deal is we are almost a full year ahead on beef, so we basically have 6 quarters of beef in the freezer and we are full up. Instead of buying a fourth freezer (this prepper shit is getting out of hand…) I am cleaning out the vegetable/fruit freezer a bit. We have had a few years of excellent apple harvest so I thought I might whip up 4 or 5 apple crisps to free up the freezer space. Then fill it back up with the crisps! Grabbed about 15 lbs of apples. To start. I love cooking, but baking is my #1 favorite. Neal
