Any of the above three plus symptomatic presentation This changes every few days but we have been testing and we aren’t a large area (12000 people). But I suspect our testing will increase 10 fold soon.

Going home and self isolating is the treatment until symptoms get worse. So with or without the test that’s what’s gonna happen.
