House majority leader to colleagues in 2016: ‘I think Putin pays’ Trump

"The people who described the contacts to Reuters said they had seen no evidence of wrongdoing or collusion between the campaign and Russia in the communications reviewed so far."

"Those discussions focused on mending U.S.-Russian economic relations strained by sanctions imposed on Moscow, cooperating in fighting Islamic State in Syria and containing a more assertive China, the sources said."

Quotes from an article posted in your own thread, which ironically you probably skimmed through contradicting your own post from the jewish partisan hack writer.

You probably believe they were just joking about Putin paying Trump.

Conversations about removing sanctions.  Yeah that wouldn't get Putin to help Trump.

They became billionaires long before Putin was put in charge.

Nope, not possible. No one became wealthy Since communism's demise, its all Putin's doing. Revkev says so and we all know how politically even keeled he has proven himself to be.

The Olegarchs became rich thru the privatization in the dissolution of the USSR.  All this happened in the late 80's early 90's.

A guy my brothers went to high school with went over to Russia in the mid 90's and got into finance. Came back home several years ago worth north of 100mil with a Russian bride. Pretty sure that guy never met Vladimir Putin.

It really too bad peope read media these days without considering any bias

Washington Post writes:

“There’s . . . there’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump,” McCarthy said, drawing some laughter. “Swear to God,” McCarthy added.

“This is an off the record,” Ryan said.

Some lawmakers laughed at that.

Checkpoint newsletter

Military, defense and security at home and abroad.

“No leaks, all right?,” Ryan said, adding: “This is how we know we’re a real family here.”

“That’s how you know that we’re tight,” Scalise said.

That is spun much different than how the conversation actually went. Suprisingly enough Washington Post actually has the UNEDITED transcript. You can clearly see they were all joking aroung, McCarthy was laughing as he said that, which Washington Post conveintently leaves out in their story so there actually looks like they might have a story. Ryan was also laughing when he said the "no leaks" part, Washington Post agian conveintly leaves this out to MAKE a story where there ISNT one.

Thats probably why no one has released the audio, it wont fit the narrative they are trying to spin.
