House Republican Report Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by President Biden

NOW WHAT?……
House Republican Report Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by President Biden

After months of investigation and many public accusations of corruption against Mr. Biden and his family, the first report of the premier House G.O.P. inquiry showed no proof of such misconduct.

But on Wednesday, the Republicans conceded that they had yet to find evidence of a specific corrupt action Mr. Biden took in office in connection with any of the business deals his son entered into. Instead, their presentation underscored how little headway top G.O.P. lawmakers have made in finding clear evidence of questionable transactions they can tie to Mr. Biden, their chief political rival.

None of the payments detailed in the report went to President Biden himself, nor has Mr. Comer’s investigation produced any evidence that Mr. Biden ever took a corrupt action in connection with his son’s business dealings.

“This has been a pattern for a long time,” Mr. Comer said. “Republicans and Democrats have both complained about presidents’ families receiving money.”

Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said Joe Biden's relatives had used the family name to enrich themselves, and the president was "involved".

The report itself does not substantiate these claims or implicate Mr Biden. It does not allege illegal conduct.

We believe that the president has been involved in this from the very beginning. Obviously, we're going to continue to look," Mr Comer told reporters Wednesday.

But the Kentucky lawmaker also acknowledged there had been "a pattern for a long time" of questionable financial dealings by relatives of presidents from both parties.

The report does not show payments to Mr Biden. Neither does it provide explicit evidence to back up the Republican lawmakers' central claim that the business dealings influenced Mr Biden.

Mr Comer and his colleagues stopped short of alleging illegal activity.

So….is it a big nothing burger? 🤷🏻

Republican led investigation?

None of the payments detailed in the report went to President Biden himself, nor has Mr. Comer’s investigation produced any evidence that Mr. Biden ever took a corrupt action in connection with his son’s business dealings.

I’ve come to the conclusion you just like to play the contrarian. What Biden has done is far more serious by an order of magnitude’s than anything that some freshmen representative has done it appears you and smales are still struggling with that question. Did you actually watch the press conference, all 40 minutes of it?  If Biden does not go down for this, our country is doomed.

It's all bad my friend and yes I did. Everyone should be held accountable on both sides of the aisle.

Your defense of Biden’s money laundering is typical of the intellectually bankrupt.
