I come from the boomer generation. Lots of competition in an employer dominated and controlled workplace. I became committed to forming the skills and work ethic that gave me the freedom to get a job that offered the flexibility to create and be innovative, being free of a boss who’s a controling asshole.

Being tall has its disadvantages in the workplace. I've primarily been self employed most of my adult life thankfully, but had some bosses that have had small man's syndrome and seemed very intimidated by me.
