In other words. The DNC claims to do something that the GOP doesn’t do.

And then DNC voters turn around and believe those claims like its gospel.

Great cycle.

The GOP’ers just don’t give a shit. Poverty keeps the riff raff in one place.

They both don't give a shit. You just admitted that the DNC just claims to care.

So one lies and that makes it better. Yup as long as they pretend to care to brainwash the Sheep we're voting Blue.   That checks out.

In the DNC world riff raff is kept in place by zoning laws and crushing inflation. Democrat voters suck as well considering they say they vote for equality but in reality they vote to keep the poor out of their neighborhoods.

Washington DC is a perfect example of what we are talking about here.  Some of the richest zip codes in the country are in the beltway around DC and yet those rich zip codes don't have an abundance of affordable housing just the opposite in fact. This of course concentrates the lower middle class and working poor in less than ideal living conditions which is by design. the lower middle class and working poor are of course over represented by minorities which is supposed to be who the Democrats are looking out for but in reality that is not the case.
