Approximately 240 million people were eligible to vote in the 2020 presidential election and roughly 66.1% of them submitted ballots, totaling about 158 million.

He had Mexico enforcing and policing their border...that in itself somewhat helped offset the wall costs......so indirectly they were paying for the wall.   And who cares anyway?... the cost of the wall was minimal by today's spending.  Walls were doing their job and well worth it.

Was the Great Wall of China effective? The answer is “Yes”. The Great Wall was effective to some extent in warding off the invasion of nomads from the north.
