The current cycle began under Trump but in fairness his infrastructure plans never went anywhere. Then add in $6 trillion plus of 'stimulus' from Trump, Biden, the Congress/Senate, the Federal Reserve printing $ like mad, excessively low interest rates and Americans glutinous appetite for debt and consumption.
