I wouldn't expect a guy who can't figure out the simplest of things, like basic 101 tax calculations, or how 20 million people could possibly be on obamacare when only 8 million signed up on the federal website, or how insurance principles 101 work....etc etc etc etc etc to be able to figure out something like this. so give it up racer, it's way too complicated.
