It has been used to notify people that they were potentially exposed (and some were and tested positive). Seems like a good idea to me. If it was as bad as they say it is, they wouldn’t need to pass laws to keep people from restaurants. They would not go on their own. The rhetoric doesn’t match the reality. when we get over a foot of snow, there is no need to pass laws to keep people off the road. We see a perceived threat , worry about our safety and react accordingly. Now, if we got an inch of snow you would probably have to threaten people to keep them home.
