You don’t pay your on your own. Don't laugh, there was area in Tenn where folks had to pay a $75 per yr fee to the fire dept for coverage. I fool didn't want to pay. His house caught fire and the fire dept came out and kept it from spreading to those who paid. The liberal tears over tht were almost enough to put the fire out.
