When should we get rolling toward business resumption?

Immediately in areas where there has been little virus activity. The resumption of business should be rolled out slowly with significant distancing measures in place. Certainly zero large crowds or packed theatres or busy restaurants

So much fear of the unknown.  It’s not regular people shitting their pants.  It’s the mentally weak and unstable.

Being prudent isn’t weakness

Your ignorance and blatant stupidity could be considered exceptional weakness though

Exactly. Its time to tell the old and compromised to protect themselves. The rest of the country can start easing back open.

Is that what the guy in the OP wants to do?

Just be quiet.  Everyone should be “prudent”.  But irrational fear isn’t prudence.

I know you like to paint it as fear and that you are so tough and brave you are above all that and anyone who discusses the subject is literally shitting their pants, but it's not fear. It's about being prepared for what the experts are telling us may very well come so we can plan, and mitigate the economic and medical casualties as efficiently and effectively as possible.

For many here, it’s just fear.  They can convey it as “prudence” or planning but....it’s really just fear.

As soon as there is testing for everyone. Test neg, life goes on. Test pos , quarentine

So, everyone gets tested then?  Or, just the ones that go to the hospital with symptoms and the ones who want to get tested?

YOu are correct. and we will be fighting this shit for 3 more months.

Not “we” though.  Some will fight things like this the rest of their lives.  Others will (and have already) moved on.

In the end, it’s just another “flu” strain.

With a 2nd,  more devastating,  possible wave coming we should just keep everything shut everything down until April 2021...
