Should the Fed have to compensate investors who previously lost money?

Recommended Posts

Many investors for decades prior lost money when they invested in companies who performed poorly or suffered unforeseen setbacks.

Now we have an entire generation of investors who have not had to worry about losses because when the market suffers any type of fundamental setback the fed rushes in with trillions of dollar to save their investments.

How in the fuck is this fair?

You cunts cry about student loan forgiveness because it wouldn’t be fair to those that actually paid their loans.....

Yet you have zero issue with the Fed pumping trillions of taxpayer dollars into god knows what to insulate the rich from losses....

I think the Fed should pay back 100% of all investor losses prior to their age of monetary socialization and interventionism.

Yes. I think they should. Why should everyone else get a handout and not those of us who are living on our savings.

They just devalued you’re saving significantly.....the fed has been fucking over those who saved for a long long time

Basically if you are saving you are losing money. Interest cant keep up with inflation and with more money being printed it is getting devalued even faster.
