but it is.  banks have been low on cash since the fall requiring liquidity. while the reasons Trump was looking for cuts for awhile(to boost the stock market) were wrong IMO it doesn't mean the fed was wrong to cut them to keep liquidity in the market.

Tell me why banks were in a liquidity crisis and why that should matter to average people at all?
