150 Million to defeat trump

Recommended Posts

WASHINGTON — One of the nation’s largest labor unions is unveiling plans to invest $150 million in a nationwide campaign to help defeat President Donald Trump.

The sweeping effort is focused on eight battleground states and voters of color who typically don’t vote. The investment marks the largest voter engagement and turnout operation in the history of the Service

Employees International Union, which claims nearly 2 million members.

The campaign will span 40 states and target 6 million voters focused largely in Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin. Union president Mary Kay Henry says Trump is “systematically unwinding and attacking unions.”

That's 25 bucks per vote.

$150 million isnt shit in an election. Bloomberg has already spent half a billion and he isnt even the nominee.

Running for President is the easiest way to skirt any campaign finance rules.   Yes you can basically contribute unlimited to super pacs but they are legally not to be in contact with said candidate they support or any candidate for that matter.   You don't have to say one thing positive about yourself you just have to say "I approved this message."

shocker state workers unions supporting the Democrat.  who woukd have seen this coming

Your tax money working for you.  They sure want to expand that base of state funded workers.

They all vote for more spending rather than tax cuts.  More spending = more tax funded workers.
