steve6
I was about 20 kms south of Whitney on saturday, came across a guy a gen4 sled who didn't make a turn and went straight into a tree, he was laying on the ground and his friends were starting a fire while waiting for assistance, machine was destroyed, engine was touching the tree. Looked very very bad. Be safe people, almost got side swiped a few times while doing the rap over the weekend
smokin george
There was a fatality not long ago that's pretty sad. A young guy switched sleds with someone in the group,he took off ahead of everyone, rode a good 1/2 hour, stopped for gas and had no clue where the rest of the group was. He started riding back and finally came across the wreck. It was his dad

Poncho
Just east of my place. Always sad to hear these type of accidents. Sledding is an off-road, uncontrolled and largely unregulated hobby. These events will continue to happen; however, overall we are relatively safe in the sport. Keep right, pick your spot, then give it and keep your head up......that's it...Cheers Edited February 14, 2020 by Poncho

Seat warmers are bonus when that happens...
