I just read a couple of articles and it sounds like Linda O'Leary doesn't dispute that she was driving. She passed a DUI test administered after the crash. Both boats left the scene of the crash to summons help from emergency services personnel. Both boats contacted 911 and reported the incident. Forensic investigation is underway.
