And yeah honesty is good, especially with applicants like this. I hired an assistant back in Feb and I would facebook creep the resumes. The smart ones would have their shit locked down. But one had hers wide open. Some compelling stuff on their like "Niggas be like" and " Only way these bitches can get away with they crazy shit is if they pussy good" Not even kidding.
