(AP Photo/Evan Vucci) 71 1.9kshares By Matt Durr mattdurr@mlive.com A pair of Norwegian lawmakers say President Donald Trump's recent efforts to work toward North Korean denuclearization are enough to warrant a Nobel Peace Prize nomination for the 2019 award. According to The Hill, the two lawmakers, Christian Tybring-Gjedde and Per-Willy Amundsen made the nomination Wednesday. The two represnt Norway's right-leaning Progress Party, which advocates for limited immigration and shrinking the size of government. House Republicans in the U.S. have pushed the idea of Trump's nomination in recent months because of his work with North Korea leader Kim Jong Un. Trump met with Kim earlier this week and the two leaders agreed to the denuclearization of North Korea and the U.S. would provide security guarantees to the nation. Early Wednesday morning, Trump tweeted that there was no nuclear threat from North Korea following the summit. Donald J.
