I'd really like to find out more information on this god damn little slush fund for these perverts.  Actualy details are fleeting.  Apparently, it's not important for us funding it to know what it's about...we should just trust them.

In the scheme of things a President getting some on the side is cheap if it keeps them mellow enough to avoid starting another war.
