8000 or back the 4-stroke/9000 that you mentioned.....and you going on the wild side and try the 137, likely a better choice with a 9000. Sound financial decision......

Got Diesel instead of Gas!
I would be surprised if it has that high a content, alcohol is not all the great on engines compared to gas. I am wondering though why a tanker truck is driving around with that in their tanks, wonder where it would be utilized around here.

Got Diesel instead of Gas!
That is the new high test fuel used for HO cars running alcohol....works great, but you need to make a few mods to the motor first to actually be able to run it.....

Got Diesel instead of Gas!
No effect....you have a liquid being injected into a cylinder that is not being burned, some will make it out the exhaust valve but some will wash the cylinders and end in the pan below. For what it is worth, oil change is small in the grand scheme of things. I am not suggesting you used the wrong nozzle, as I mentioned, a diesel nozzle will not fit into a gasoline engine filler neck. Regardless, good to hear you seem to be taken care of.

Got Diesel instead of Gas!
Make sure the fuel filter and oil are replaced. I think the diesel tanks used to always be sort of by them self, but not anymore. And you cannot use a diesel nozzle in a gas vehicle as they have a bigger O.D that will not fit.

Snow Trackers
4 stroke correct? So heavier front end.... No comment on the Trackers, but I would be more inclined to adjust the skid and suspension if it is that bad. Any issues with corner bite, if not, try to lessen the ski pressure by loosening the front skid shock or limiter strap, but I prefer to leave that a lone until last resort. Never done it, but shimming the ski is another option. Never ran stock runners, usually tossed in the garbage on any of my sleds.....I know they are usually offset with maybe a 4" carbide and a flat bar. I assume your track is studded, in which case, those stock runners should be replaced anyways.

2 more boards in the big chute
I guess the premium increases that some are seeing have nothing to do with that, does it.... Sorry, I find it hard to believe they are taking a beating, Ins companies are doing just fine....might be paying out more now a days than they typically have, but there have been many years where they were not & I did not see any credits being issued or premiums going down much or at all, just less coverage being included in the basic coverage typically. Besides, if I had a place that was in a flood zone, I would expect that I either could not afford the flood coverage or it was not an even an option. But I was being sarcastic about the whole thing, however these things do generally provide more business for the various contractors that do this work.

Good for the insurance biz, and all the trades associated with it. When you think about it, it is a make work project, keeps the employment cycle going....

Missing boy near Orangeville...
Read the title earlier but never checked it out.....this was not what I was expecting to read. What a horrible tragic situation....can't even begin to imagine.

Doo 900 Turbo 150 HP
A co-worker is going through this with her mom, hospital cannot wait to get her out, but the family refuses to let her get released & fights them all the time.....which by the sounds of it, her issue has yet to actually be resolved or found, kind of hard to find the route cause when all they seem to do is see how much drugs they can handle, kind of hard to communicate what is the problem when you are in that state. It would seem as though the heath system really does have an unwritten rule about putting as little as possible into the elderly! Pretty sad if it is your parent that is at the mercy of the health system, but I also get the other side of it too, but these people too (for the most part) have contributed to the system their entire life as well.

So are you saying the glass is half full Between the crap year, messing up my back majorly for almost the month of Jan....I have not had the same desire to get out at all. Not selling my sled though, just yet....after my first and only real ride so far, I was actually looking at some new stuff after that ride....

PERSONAL opinions of an OPP SAVE officer
The double towing thing I thought or recall had something to do with the first trailer attached had to be a 5'er, than a boat or second trailer attached to the rear of the 5'er. I honestly do not think any 1/2 ton trucks actually have the payload rating to really support the pin weight of a 5'er, so that puts you into the 3/4 & 1 ton range......but some are crazy enough to listen to the trailer and truck sales people who suggest a 1/2 ton does have the ratings....

Real World MPG
I do not really calculate my fuel, just keep track of the mileage between full ups, but my current sled will get about 130 miles to the tank on average....just depends on the riding conditions. Rule is never pass a gas station and rather not go more than 100 miles on a tank between fill ups.
