  1. no, that is not a lake racer. that's my pump gas tune, for the trails. 325 wouldnt even qualify in lake racer class
  2. let me know when you're ready to buy one, i'll see what i can do for a price
  3. i considered the new storm for this year, and could have lived with that loss of speed, but at 130, a 1.5 or 1.75 is a bigger loss than 2 mph. i had a new rip II sitting here though so that's what went on
  4. chisels
  5. as much as i am a fan of ugga duggas, they dont work on a track.
  6. That's not an explanation. What exactly would be "proper"? Lets use my sled for example. Turbo 1100, 325 horse, 137x1.25 ripsaw 2 with 5 studs per row, high speed trail riding. What unstudded track would have more traction?
  7. Just a tip for those having had issues with loose studs. use a torque wrench on them, you'd be surprised how far off you are when tightening them by hand or with any kind of power tool.

Have you tried an iron dog hood?
  9. Amazingly, it turns out i dont need either of those things
  10. Even my vintage sleds have cat claws
  11. Well that's easily proven wrong, so how could you seriously make that argument?

    Polaris sucks
  13. Wouldn't ride without
  14. Well unfortunately, i dont get to dictate conditions. And although i would consider a 1.5, the loss of top speed would definitely bother me.
  15. in what way does a 1.25 track with studs not have traction?
  16. no, the more they bend, the faster you go
  17. just saw this, sorry. i'm looking forward to getting the mach in here and seeing what can be done. the current 900t runs very well with a 180 tune and some drivetrain mods, so the changes they made on the mach motor should let a simple tune put it easily over 200 horses. only time will tell if it will have the ability to make 275-300 horses on fairly minor tunes and mods, i'm hoping so though.
  18. He didn't turn, he's been "challenged" from day one.
  19. A 1940 American truck is prewar, ya dumbass

I know a lot of electricians and plumbers that are rolling in money, i dont know any mechanics that are.
  21. The village elders should have listened to me years ago when i told them to put frankwad on an ice chunk and push him out to sea. I bet they regret that decision
  22. White convertible, 71. Its getting fuel injection this year, and quite possibly an 8-71 sitting on top
  23. I wouldn't lie about such a serious topic, BBC is serious bidness
