one would think with all the more wide open spaces out west... what's the issue(s) with having XC races in WI or MI ? idk, but I'd speculate no club would want their trails closed for an event even for a couple hours on a weekend, and the up north traffic is ludicrous. COR used to do some lake races here but I think that ended after taking over USXC... at least they've brought a few ski hill races back over the past few years. anyway... HSR is never getting his $
