yup... it's a political tool utilized by either side. they have no intention of fixing it or doing 'something'. hence, Trump and the R's killing the recent bipartisan bill that wasn't 'perfect'. imo, pass the f'ng bill, then enhance it afterwards. a non starter retains the status quo which as pointed out is unacceptable to 'main street'.
