Me too. I have a 137 and prefer the 129 on my riding bud's sled. At least on the cats it's better in more situations for me. Would also like to get track choices but that might be asking too much from cat.

If you are new out there and with a guide, I don't think they'll put you into situations where you need to be concerned with avalanches. But you will have your transponders. The drinking water thing is no joke. You almost need to work at it the first couple days to keep drinking water. Last time I was there I didn't and ended up getting sick at night. You mentioned building up alcohol tolerance - I haven't been out there for awhile but off trail riding in altitude takes it out of me. I was usually worn out after dinner and drink all that much.
