Bombing someone is an act of war. If any country hit 3 of our most important nuclear sites I'd expect congress to declare war in a matter of hours. Like it or not but much of Trump's support was on 2 issues. Immigration and not getting into conflicts. If the GOP could get it done they need to expand ER to at least 5 years more likely 10. Because Biden left so many in it will take years to get to even a small % of them. I think a few Israeli jets have been shot down but seems to me Iran air defenses including aircraft are far less than expected. If that is the case conventional ground forces are likely weak as well. Kind of foolish constantly talking smack when you really are quite weak.

I do think there is some risk of terrorism in the US if we get involved. Let's face it lots of people came thru the southern border under Biden that we have ZERO clue as to who they are. There comes a time when you have to realize what's done is done and do what's best for your people. I know easier said than done but both countries leaders should think of their people. Iran is not having significant civilian casualties yet but giving up the goal of nukes would likely benefit them tremendously thru lifting of trade sanctions. I don't expect either but hopefully some common sense comes forward sooner rather than later.

Not sure I agree that we could track it that well. If we could then why isn't the admin showing the world more proof of their capabilities? I'm suspicious of our IC. For the most part I simply don't trust them at all.

I honestly don't think there is a chance the US puts boots on the ground....the only possibility of that would be if the UN or a coalition is formed and I don't see that happening as it would have to be made up of majority of Muslim countries and while many hate Iran they won't go that far as they could be next. Iran could and would likely turn into Iraq 2.0. No weapons found and an insurgent war possibly worse than the previous one. Only difference with Iran is it don't have the many different "tribes" and split of Shia/Sunni Iraq had. One side didn't want revenge for years of mistreatment and exclusion from power. Its 90-95% Shia. I also think its laughable the idea that the country will have some sort of revolution and demand regime change. That's wishful thinking at best.
