Are you being an ass on purpose? I live just south of these Mills and a major refinery. These expansions create thousands of trade jobs with oodles of over time to be had. Not just to build the plants but also to maintain them. Now add the steel jobs, trucking jobs, fabricating jobs because there are steel Mills in the area there are also shitloads of fabricating and processing companies in the area. Do you not think they will see an increase with the added steel being produced? Of course you do... Now add in all of those extra jobs and those people start buying houses, cars, furniture, vacations, adopting poor liberal kids. It's good for everybody...
