We order rolls to exact sizes and can forecast to within feet of usage. JIT and logistical breakthroughs are doing more to hurt paper than anything imo. One was making good money, highest quality, just more expensive/ less efficient than the other Mills. So it was shut down. Killed the town of Dalhousie.
