Night One Recap of DNC

Recommended Posts

Watch this latter today.

Roll Call Could Get Raucous

The roll call vote of each state, which is going to take place later today, will pose an even bigger opportunity for disgruntled Sanders supporters to show their displeasure with the presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton.

Both Clinton's and Sanders' names were placed into nomination for president at the DNC, largely a symbolic gesture for Sanders supporters. They will have 20 minutes of floor time to make speeches about the Vermont senator and Clinton.

In order to be technically placed for nomination, a candidate had to personally give his or her written approval to the convention secretary along with 300 signatures by 6 p.m. Monday. Both Sanders and Clinton did that.

How Today Will Be Different from 2008’s Roll Call

Back when Clinton lost to then-Sen. Barack Obama, Clinton moved to stop the roll call and nominate President Obama by acclamation.

“I move that the convention suspend the procedural rules and suspend the further conduct of the roll call vote. All votes cast by the delegates will be counted. And I move Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois be selected by this convention by acclamation as the nominee of theDemocratic Party for president of the United States,” she said at the time.

After that, it took just a moment and a quick “aye” vote for him to officially be the nominee of the Democratic Party.

That same gesture of party unity will be expected from Sanders tonight.

Sanders will not do what Clinton did last year.   They will do the whole role call and Vermont will be last and those delegates will call for a unanimous nomination.   He will snake his way out of it.   He's got about as much spine as a jelly fish.

To stand up there now, makes him the worst kind of hypocrite  asshole.

I wish someone would spit in his face.

I called him out right from the beginning.   He's been in politics since 1980 and in DC since 1990.  Just because he has more radical socialist ideals doesn't mean he still isn't a career politician.   Its basically all he's ever done.  Do and say anything to get elected or help others get elected.  He is not the man of integrity people thought.

DNC Breaks Federal Law; Violation of Sec. 8 U.S. Code § 1324

In their bizarre showcase of illegal aliens on the first day of their convention, Democrats not only shamelessly used a little girl for crass political reasons, they also managed to break federal immigration law – twice.

Karla Ortiz has appeared on television and in commercials telling Hillary Clinton how scared she is that her illegal immigrant mom will be deported. In the ad – and again Monday night – we hear that Hillary told her that she would do the worrying for Karla. Aww.

Karla then appeared Monday night on stage at the Democratic National Convention with her illegal-immigrant mother, Francesca.

In addition being a disgusting display of political pandering, this is also a violation of 8 U.S. Code § 1324.

The law makes it a felony to “conceal” or “harbor” any “alien” “including any means of transportation.” The penalty is five years in prison (ten years if it was done for “commercial advantage or private financial gain,” and an argument could be made for that).

In a video, Karla tells Clinton that her mother received a deportation order – which the Democratic National Committee isclearly ignoring.

After the mother-daughter act, another illegal alien took to the stage. Astrid Silva said: “I came to America illegally with my mother when I was four years old. We crossed the river on a raft.”

So there are at least two admitted illegal aliens who the Democrats are “harboring” and – unless they’re paying for their transportation to Philadelphia by themselves, which is doubtful, “transporting” as well.

So who’s going to go after Hillary and the Democrats for breaking federal law again?

Loretta Lynch? Barack Obama? Right.

Once again, they’ll get away with it – because they can.

These few liberal dipshits on here have no idea what the laws are, that is why they have no idea they are being broken.  Not to mention we have the most corrupt DOJ ever and then you have the same dipshits saying that the criminals must not have done anything wrong since they were not indicted by a corrupt DOJ.  I am so disgusted with that party.  I am even more disgusted with the fact that there are fellow snowmobilers that stick up for this kind of crap.  Can you imagine how they are within their snowmobile club, if they allow this bullshit to slide.

Those are some outstanding prognostication skills you exhibited with your post..........
