I know what I've posted and I haven't said anything about supporting terrorism.  Besides, this case isn't about terrorism.  It's about a Canadian Citizen being denied his rights by multiple Canadian governments who were complicit in his torture.

Stop being such an emotional woman and look at the legal facts of the issue.

So it was his right to support terrorism?

Stupid question

Was it the Canadian Government's right to extract a "confession" from him through the use of torture?

What other accused criminal would be subjected to this treatment?

although ICE misused the word confession but the Canadian government did use torture and have admitted it.  This was done to more than a half a dozen people that have all been paid out...

well the idiot in chief certainly took care of that one now didn't he.

Do you not see the issue of spending a vast majority of your life in other countries, then fighting against your supposed country, then suing your supposed country from protecting you?

He was a child soldier pressed into fighting for Al Qaida by his father.  15 years old at the time of his capture.  A kid.

So as long as its law....youre ok with it

I have already said the payout was insane,  I spoke up because this isn't TRUDEAU\s fault like you have been spewing.

Maybe next time the RCMP interrogate someone they will allow basic rights, so we don't have to pay them out.... Yes I agree with basic rights for everyone.

Canada has been paying for its wrong doings for a century, nothing new here

The Supreme Court Stated that how the government dealt with him was up to the government.

So not sure  you know what your talking about. The 10 mil was a government decision alone

Canada was going to lose plain and simple, pay up and move on.  Don't make the same mistake again.

We already spent 6 million just to have the same outcome, why add more to it?
