I understood enough though There are only 2 possible explanations why the DNC didn't turn over their hardware. 1. Illegal activity was on them. 2. Proof the "hack" was a story and someone inside simply stole the information. There has been multiple claims by the FBI and other intell personal that Russia can do all of what is claimed without leaving a trace of evidence. Comey himself said this in testimony to congress. We've also learned from Vault 7 leaks that the US can leave markers to look like foreign sabotage. Ask yourself, if Trump was so desired by Russia why leave all these traces? Common sense says it would be best to hide support for him as much as possible so there wouldn't be this cloud over him and questions wouldn't arise if he was more Russia friendly.
