BTW the cop has said the taillight was cracked and he also said the driver was a suspect in that robbery. Update now - NOT GUILTY on ALL counts. He was facing 2nd Degree Manslaughter and 2 charges of dangerous discharge of a firearm. Interesting fact: the Castile family is represented by Judge Hatchett - yes, the Judge Hatchett of TV fame. Quite the speech by the deceased's mother.
