Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted January 16 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted January 16 Oops. Its hilarious how many black women in politics or whatnot who generalize and hate white men seem to be married to one. Especially rich ones. https://www.foxnews.com/us/ketanji-brown-jackson-ethics-complaints-referred-to-judicial-conference-finance-committee FIRST ON FOX – The Committee on Financial Disclosures in the Judicial Conference is reviewing a complaint against Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson citing a failure to include her husband’s income in financial disclosures. A conservative policy group, the Center for Renewing America, last month filed a complaint with the Judicial Conference – the governing body of federal courts – alleging that Jackson "willfully failed to disclose" required information about her husband’s malpractice consulting income for more than a decade. On Dec. 21, the group was notified that its complaint had been referred to the Financial Disclosers Committee for official review.

If she intentionally withheld his earnings that would be tax fraud and should be dealt with whether it's a SCJ or a regular Joe. Don't you agree? I believe in this case it was from a judicial committee for ethics. So still fraud I'm sure, just not tax fraud.
