Yeah the race is definitely a different animal and his inexperience may hamper him.

Anxious to see his first pit stop under green..always gets the rookies in trouble

Next Sunday is the best race day of the year. F1 from Monaco in the morning, Indy in the afternoon and the Coke 600 at night :bc:

He would have been driving for Renault when he won his 1st Championship.

Indy 500 pole-sitter Scott Dixon robbed at gunpoint at Taco Bell

Just hours after winning pole position for next Sunday’s Indianapolis 500, Scott Dixon and former IndyCar driver Dario Franchitti were robbed at gunpoint at a Taco Bell in Indianapolis.

FOX 59 in Indianapolis reports that the robbery took place at 10 p.m. ET Sunday night on West 16th Street with the two robbers fleeing north on Berwick Avenue on foot. Dixon was also accompanied by his wife Emma at the time. Two teenagers were later arrested.

There are no reports of any injuries, and Dixon is set to lead the field to green on Sunday after turning four laps at an average speed of 232.164 mph during Pole Day qualifying.

Barring anything unforeseen (which is asking a lot) Dixon should win but Alexander Rossi could repeat.

I wouldn't mind seeing Montoya win either.

He very well could....I would not mind seeing JR Hildebrand win to atone for his last lap crash while leading from a few yeas ago.

Here's the starting lineup for F1 in Monaco. An all Ferrari front row. Hamilton is all the way back in 13th.

Daniel Ricciardo FTW.

Redbull is sitting in a pretty good position to do something with the 2 Ferrari's. I've got to go with Raikkonen though. I can't remember the last time he won an F1 race?  It's been a few years.

Just a reminder that the F1 race starts at 8AM ET tomorrow. The race is on NBC in the states. Indy starts at 12PM ET on ABC. Followed up by the Coke 600 at 6PM ET on Fox. Full day of racing tomorrow :3gears:
