That was up 12% from the previous year, mostly from a sharp uptick in personal-income tax collections. The general fund had enough cash at the end of the fiscal year to pay for 20 days of operations, up from 16 a year earlier, the report said. http://www.wsj.com/articles/californias-state-pension-obligations-are-larger-than-previously-estimated-1458351309 You are questioning the legitimacy of links in reply to a comedians shtick? Laboratories of Democracy I am not gonna read the other responses but will say the reason voters do this is due to the media and corporate America. It owns it all every media outlet is focused on another election and dividing the country. Meanwhile behind the scenes........taxpayers are fleeced by increased government budgets approved by those bought and sold minions in congress approving budget increases to fatten the profits of the very companies that buy the members. Laws were changed by the same process to improve profits, voting laws are even changed. Meanwhile everyone talks about Trump and Clinton for years....it drones on....as the thievery of out taxes takes place behind the scenes. Create a diversion.......yup. Until the voters see this it wont change just 2 bad candidates for president with one being less shittier than the other.
