GreenStreak
Secondary clutch rollers are shot and I'm probably going to have to replace the helix. I may just go to Hudon's and get a whole used secondary that's in good shape if there is one.

A straight 36 in that sled is absolute dogshit and would be slow as fuck. Why the fuck do you argue when you are completely clueless? If someone had that helix in that sled then they are dumb as fuck , I just fucking told you it’s supposed to be a 46/40 Edited March 18, 2023 by f7ben

Got some news for you there Slappy the part number that is printed on the Helix is for the entire driven clutch the part number on the Helix itself is not the same as what it is on Arctic cat's Parts fiche. Which is 0748-

What sucks about those helix is that you need a reverse cut one which isn’t a big deal. Then they made several different styles of spring tensioners over the years. Don’t buy that straight 36 , it will be terrible. Any reverse cut ACT helix in the 46/40 range or close would be good. A 48/40 works well Edited March 18, 2023 by f7ben

You're the one slowing your sled down. Oh and I'm not the guy that got sucked into believing he had a new clutch kit installed on his sled. What else did he lie about?? f7ben
http://www.bd-xtreme.com/index.php?id_product=541&controller=product These are the correct helix and are $110 for brand new. I’ll spend a bit seeing if there are used options. The few I noticed on eBay are for mechanical reverse and not the right ones Also replace those rollers with the stick cat ones. I’ve not seen anyone have any kind of luck with the hardened rollers

He has a 40/36 and another one I can’t see the angle on. We will see if he gets back to me. Those helix were only for 2009-2011 so the used supply is a little more limited. 3
