The health care is a huge part of it but that isn't part of my everyday life. On a daily basis living in a safe country where politicians aren't owned by the NRA does more to enhance my way of life. Sure if it was handled better we could pay less taxes but you are free to head south and take your chances with the cheato. any day of the week I will take the USA health system over your shit show . how many people fly in to Canada for medical treatments ? my guess less in a year than do in a week at just 1 branch of the mayo .
