Ok fuckers. Need some help

Recommended Posts

Went to start the 500 Sportsman today ,got a turn over no fire.  Well it started once, and stalled after 30 seconds. I thought it was out of fuel,so I poured in around 5 gallons and turned it to reserve.  That's when it started then stalled out. The overflow line is pouring out has too. So I shut fuel off. Thinking float?

I'd guess either float or needle seats (fuel leaking?).  Should be easy to check.  Pull the carb and crack it open to spray the float and case with carb cleaner real good.  Then hit the rest of the carb while you're at it.  Check linkage and choke while you are at it.  I assume this is the first time you fired it up this year?

Nah.  I had it running last month for a good ride.
