Platinum Contributing Member steve from amherst Posted March 1, 2022 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted March 1, 2022 Been watching some news footage. Dont seem to be seeing many aircraft from either side. A road full of military hardware on a single lane road seems like to good of a target to pass up. CKF , can your drone carry mollycoks?

I’ve heard a few analysts saying that A) The Ukraine Air Force doesn’t have the aircraft to do it and B) They are more concerned with the ongoing battles already in progress. Just like they taught the Mujehaden in Afghanistan when the Soviets invaded.

Yet nothing on the russian side either. Maybe unlike the US in vietnam, they are unwilling to use a $40 million aircraft to take out 1 dude on a bicycle

There's tons of stingers throughout the Ukraine supplied by the EU and America and more funneling into the country.. The Russians don't want to make the same mistakes of the Afghanistan invasion. They've already lost several helicopters and some jets despite limited usage to stingers.

The Russians (then then The USSR) certainly know what Stingers can do.👍🏼

Stingers work well on helicopters but not all that great against combat jets.

This is because neither side has all that great of an Air force. Russia has a ton of planes the same way a auto salvage yard has a ton of cars.
