Money does talk though, and the owners of Russia have the cash and influence to pay the right people to eliminate Putin. But the situation is a long ways from that. The entire Russian government has developed in a giant crime syndicate. There is no rule of law. Only money, wealth, and power. A magnified example of how America works.
