I would fully expect those who live in Ottawa to be against the truckers as it complicates their daily lives but even at that many say they have sympathy for the truckers.  My main question is what constitutes the need for political escalation?  It would seem that the provinces are already moving towards the truckers position.  What is the need for Trudeau to so desperately hang on to restrictions that increasingly seem unnecessary at this late date?  At this point Trudeau has used every type of propaganda  to describe the truckers and paint them in a poor light.....He has done everything BUT talk with them which i find telling.  

I like your description of going "Hardcore" seems like a reasonable way to deal with peaceful protesters.
