We rode from Milan through success pond, errol, through Millsfield out towards Nash Stream..

I can report that all logging roads are excellent and are in mid season condition...the woods trails are fair / good typical early season condition.

I alwayi liked the trails in the Millsfield area. Never very busy and almost always well groomed.

Rumor has it that some guy called the canoe king (what ever) is responsible for me not being able to ride into Sandwich from ossipie / Wakefield

Man, that whole thing sucks. I bet spent over $250K  in grants and club money was spent out there.  We built several new steel bridges and did tons of trail widening in Tamworth / Wonalancet area. I guess it got even worse this year with another landowner closing their land. I also heard that the Sandwich Sidehillers were about to give up. I guess there was some talk of Squam doing more on their end and OVSC going further than Whiteface. That was earlier in the fall that I heard that. I didn't think to ask my buddy about it when he was up last week.

I've seen some talk about it from the meteorologists on Twitter. We probably won't get much here as the Whites always seem to shadow us when we have costal storms.

Looks like it’s gonna be a decent one hopefully northern areas can bump up the totals a little more

Snow looks to pick up in intensity as the day wears on with the heaviest snow from the Lakes Region and points south and east. 12 to 20 inches of fluffy snow looks possible in a line from just north of Rochester to Mason, NH and points south and east, with 6-12 inches for many others, and 3-6 inches in far northern and northwestern NH. A track change of JUST 40-50 miles would mean more snow for many, or lower totals...so stay tuned to important updates later today.

Doing the snow dance...planning on spending Sunday just carving in the powder on the lake. Hopefully,  we get enough to practice some of my off trail moves.
