This post is pure hysteria.

Democrats lost seats in the House in this election, yet their Presidential candidate won the election. It's likely the House will flip back to Republican control in 2022. Don't forget the House flipped from Dems to Reps in 2010, two years after Obama was elected.

I could almost agree with you except the dems still have control of the house regardless of the seats lost and it is not likely at all the house flips back in 2022.  Today's reality is not the same as it waseven  five years ago let alone ten.  If you don't think the media is fully on board and backing the democratic socialist parties agenda you must be blind to all of the headlines over the last four years and just how hard they worked to get dopey joe and hand job harris elected.

It's rationalization's like these making a feeble attempt to convince themselves and other's that "everything is all good" and all we did was vote against trump rather then coming to grips with the reality that they actually cast a vote for the worst presidential ticket in the history of the country.  Backasswards logic at best.

The media’s beef is with Trump. It’s not a coincidence that it started with him. That’s not to say that he’s responsible for it because he’s not but he played a part in it.

This is the same stuff that played out in 2008 and 2012. America was going to end, full blown socialism. All BS.

Republicans are in a better place to regain the House in 2022 than they have been in many other years.

I firmly believe that the mainstream american voter does not like to have one party with to much power. Even in Massachusetts the bluest of blue states where Democrats run everything it is pretty common to have a republican Governor.

@jdsky Republicans only need to gain 7 seats to have a majority in 2022. :news:

Since the end of World War II, the presidential party has lost an average of 27 House seats in midterm elections, as the chart below shows. No matter how many seats Democrats end up with after 2020’s election — at this point, they will probably end up somewhere in the low 220s — a loss of that magnitude would easily be enough for Republicans to retake the House.
