When I took my antibody test from a respect lab in Iowa City they said the accuracy was 50/50 if negative.  They did say however that the positive tests were much more accurate than the negative results.  I recall that was around 90% or better.

None of these tests have been approved by the FDA because of dismal accuracy. The FDA has only granted their use for reasons of the pandemic. Antibody tests for covid 19 are cross reacting and showing false positives in people that never had the infection. This is due to a previous infection of another coronavirus such as the common cold.
