The real issue is whether or not its constitutional for state gov's, sec of states or county election boards to make up their own election rules.

Drumpf is getting his ass kicked.  Down by more than 5 million votes and close to 3.5% and counting.  Loser

he is actually correct.   If the states did not follow their own rules and just made them up on the fly there is an issue.  State election rules are written for a reason.

Name one state that didn’t?

I have yet to see evidence of one state election board authorizing the violation of state election law.

again that is for the courts to decide.   trump and the trumpets can keep crying and the left can insist nothing was wrong but both sides can present their evidence.  Do i think it will materially change anything -  nope but it's allowed.  BUsh/Gore dragged on because of issues and this will as well.

Answer the question.   Would it matter?

A state court, and separately the U.S. Supreme Court, ruled that local officials must segregate some ballots in case deadlines that were extended by the secretary of state are found to be unconstitutional

Allowed within 6' well after they were denied.

Bush gore dragged on over 576 votes. Not even close to the same.
