GATINEAU, QC, July 20, 2017 /CNW/ - The Commissioner of Canada Elections has entered into a compliance agreement with Mr. Pierre Poilievre for having circumvented the prohibitions on contributions to a registered party by ineligible contributors.

The full text of the compliance agreement is available on the Commissioner of Canada Elections' website at: www.cef-cce.gc.ca.

Compliance agreements are voluntary and outline the terms and conditions that the Commissioner considers necessary to ensure compliance with the Canada Elections Act. These agreements may include a statement by the individual or organization ("contracting party") admitting responsibility for the act or omission constituting the offence. The admission of responsibility does not constitute a criminal conviction by a court of law and does not create a criminal record for the contracting party. More information about compliance agreements can be found at sections 517 to 521 of the Canada Elections Act.

The Commissioner of Canada Elections is the independent officer responsible for ensuring compliance with, and enforcement of, the Canada Elections Act and the federal Referendum Act.

I will leave it at this

although The Globe and Mail reported that CSIS director David Vigneault told Mr. Trudeau that there was no indication Chinese influence elected any MP.

PP crimes are small times compared to trudy,

and yes csis did say that china interfered in the the last 2 elections

There is a difference between a candidate actually cheating compare to some entity doing things you have not ask for or no anything about :dunno:

you are a CPC supporter so nothing compares to Trudeau NOT cheating in an election

another quote from you long GlobeMail RIGHT WING paper

Mr. Trudeau has downplayed the whole business by arguing that it wasn’t a secret that China’s government was interfering in elections, and that in the end, Canadians decided the outcome by casting ballots.

Both of those things are true. It was known that Beijing was actively seeking to interfere, and there is no sign that foreign actors rigged actual balloting, so yes, it was Canadians who voted.

This is the findings of CSIS let the spin train of hate roll

But but but CPC candidate lied as Bill Blair pointed out

Let’s recall that in 2019, Mr. Trudeau set up a panel of senior civil servants tasked with monitoring election campaigns for “critical incidents” such as substantial foreign interference. That panel was mandated with a formal protocol, which provided that “barring any overriding national security/public security reasons,” the security agencies should inform the “affected party.” It listed examples of who those affected parties might be: a candidate, a political party, Elections Canada.

But the Conservatives said it was never told of the Chinese interference. The party’s defeated MP, Kenny Chiu, who was reportedly targeted by Beijing, has said he wasn’t told.

Fact is CPC was told and so was NDP funny it is only when CPC NAZI camp is posted that all of a sudden elections were rigged   Globe is on it PP they'll fix it for you and your NAZI party

Well that ends that PP says they LIED

PP is playing this perfect, once video or text or something comes out PP says he didn't say those things his staff made an error .  I never lied PP gets to say

it is actually brilliant

Asked whether Poilievre has spoken to Anderson, Sebastian Skamski, director of media relations for the Opposition Leader's Office, said in a statement, "Mr. Poilievre has never spoken to Christine Anderson, and any suggestion that he has is categorically false."

CTVNews.ca has reached out to Anderson by email to clarify when she spoke to Poilievre or if she misspoke in her comments. A response has not been received.

Poilievre denounced Anderson last week after she met with three Conservative MPs during her recent tour of Canada in support of the "Freedom Convoy" movement.

Her tour included stops in Calgary, Toronto, Montreal and Whitby, Ont.

The three Ontario MPs — Colin Carrie, Dean Allison and former Conservative leadership candidate Leslyn Lewis — were pictured with Anderson, a meeting the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs said it was "deeply concerned" about.

PP insists he likes people like Pat King far better

What is the FIPA agreement between Canada and China?

In September 2012, Canada signed a Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement (FIPA) with China. FIPAs are Canada's name for bilateral investment treaties, which are used by large global corporations to challenge public policies or local decisions that stand in the way of their profits.

31 year deal signed by Harper

Having said that, China sends us a lot of electronics
