Had the decline not stopped....... well....................... In 2015 Trump said there was 93 million people out of the workforce, in 2019 there is 97 million out of the workforce. Yes the UE rate is lower now then in Dec. of 2016 by a little over 1%, and that's a good thing and hard to do.
