FUCK!!!! I think this is the case where the helo was hit and hydraulic oil made the floor slick and out he went. I can understand the man’s guilt having to deal with the reality of leaving his bud behind while still alive. Decisions need to made on the spot devoid of emotion. But the superiors should’ve seen how his guilt became misshapen and poisoned him and the team. Very poor demonstration at the command level.
