People didn't vote for Trump because he was a bad guy. They voted for him because he took stances on issues people agreed with. Its was straightforward talk that helped him not the childish talk. Him not being this goody, goody candidate was simply accepted, it didn't make him more popular. Trump could have actually won by a much larger margin if he would have simply toned things down a bit. The point he was trying to make is People Like Joy Behar are anti-everyone who is a Republican.
