Flash back to.....hmmmmm maybe 1981. I'm 16 and a buddy of mine (who's also 16 but has a truck) convinces me that we can get into a strip club on a Saturday afternoon because they don't have a cover charge until 4pm. There is no one watching the door and the waitresses just want tips. Well sure enough, We slink in, order Rye and cokes and tip the waitress heavy the first round..... fuck me..... we're drinkin in a biker hang out and watching chicks get naked. I can only remember 3 songs that the DJ played. White Rabbit, California Dreamin' and Nights In White Satin. I can still remember the small stage and shitty little tables and chairs and how dark it was. Walking outside around 5pm and the sun burning my eyes. The strip club was called The Hawk's Nest and it was run (controlled) by the Hell's Angel's. It was in the basement of a small town hotel/restaurant that my parent often took us kids to for dinner upstairs. Its been a parking lot for many, many years now.
